Dishwasher — Christian County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwasher in Christian County, Missouri. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
