Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
