Line cook — Shomgom

Now hiring: we are hiring a line cook in Shomgom, Gombe State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets We offer ₦245,000 per month plus benefits.
