Scullery hand — Dearborn County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Dearborn County, Indiana. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
