We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio The role involves mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦295,000 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts.
