Great opportunity: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Northwest Hills Planning Region, Connecticut. Day-to-day duties: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads Requirements: • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • CSCS card or willing to obtain one Full-time with occasional weekends.
