Dough maker — Colusa County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Colusa County, California. The role involves: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
