Great opportunity: we are hiring a bricklayer in Polk County, Nebraska. The job is at a residential building site. Your main tasks: • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
