Join our team: scaffolding charge hand (Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Orange County, Virginia. You will work on a busy construction site. What we are looking for: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice On a typical shift you will install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
