Fabricator-welder wanted in Paulding County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Paulding County, Georgia. You will work at a busy sheet-metal workshop. The role involves: • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
