Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Washington County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
