Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Boone County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
