Immediate opening: dough maker (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in LaSalle County, Illinois. You will be based in a bread factory. Your main tasks: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts.
