Foundry labourer — Briscoe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Briscoe County, Texas. Day to day you will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. Requirements: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
