What we are looking for: • Careful handling of tools and components • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Your main tasks: • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
