Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Baldwin County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
