Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day-to-day duties: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
