Commis chef wanted in Bagwai

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Bagwai, Kano State. On a typical shift you will prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
