MIG welder — Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG welder in Morgan County, Alabama. You will be based at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
