Immediate opening: system scaffolder (West Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Nicholas County, West Virginia. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. You should have: • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment On the job you will handle: • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
