Urgent requirement: we are hiring a car refinisher in City of Charlottesville, Virginia. The job is at a busy body shop. On a typical shift you will mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
