Fine-dining server — San Mateo County

Join our team: we are hiring a fine-dining server in San Mateo County, California. You will work in a coffee shop. You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
