Join our team: motor grader operator (New Jersey)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Union County, New Jersey. You will work at a road-building project. The role involves: • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
