Lathe programmer-operator — Coventry

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Coventry, England. On the job you will handle: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers You should have: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
