Urgent requirement: CNC milling operator (Nebraska)

Now hiring: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in McPherson County, Nebraska. You will work in a die and mould making unit. On a typical shift you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm. Requirements: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
