Auto painter — Aberdeenshire

Vacancy available: we are hiring an auto painter in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. You will work at a dealership paint shop. You will apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters. You should have: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
