Safety inspector wanted in Phillips County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety inspector in Phillips County, Arkansas. The job is on a high-rise building project. You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations On the job you will handle: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors 2+ years on the tools preferred.
