Urgent requirement: powder coating line operator (Arkansas)

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Bradley County, Arkansas. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Day to day you will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
