Site carpenter — Rensselaer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site carpenter in Rensselaer County, New York. You should have: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage Day to day you will apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
