Overhead (EOT) crane operator — Tucker County

Join our team: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Tucker County, West Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure You should have: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
