Site safety steward • Lawrence County, Arkansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a site safety steward in Lawrence County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy construction site. Day to day you will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; update the risk register and method statements (RAMS); ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site. You should have: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions 5+ years on the tools preferred.
