Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours.
