Slinger signaller — Juneau County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Juneau County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Part-time with flexible hours.
