Finishing presser — Echols County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing presser in Echols County, Georgia. You will work at a garment factory. On a typical shift you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
