Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Day-to-day duties: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Part-time with flexible hours.
