Vacancy available: turning centre operator (New Hampshire)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Sullivan County, New Hampshire. You will work in a job-work machining unit. What we are looking for: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges The role involves change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; load and index turning tools in the turret; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
