Visual inspection operator — Grimes County

Join our team: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Grimes County, Texas. You will work in an automotive parts factory. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items Part-time with flexible hours.
