Great opportunity: oven operator (Ohio)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Muskingum County, Ohio. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
