Dough maker — Harney County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Harney County, Oregon. The job is at a cake shop. Day to day you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
