Immediate opening: we are hiring a press machine operator in Troup County, Georgia. The job is at a busy press shop. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout Day to day you will fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; record output and downtime on the production sheet. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
