Concrete placer — Canyon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete placer in Canyon County, Idaho. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE On a typical shift you will float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
