What we are looking for: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads On a typical shift you will rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame.
