Punch press operator — Sweetwater County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a punch press operator in Sweetwater County, Wyoming. Requirements: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Day to day you will record output and downtime on the production sheet; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; set up and change stamping dies and tooling.
