Argon welding operator wanted in Wolfe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Wolfe County, Kentucky. Day to day you will inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard 5+ years on the tools preferred.
