Scaffolder — Blackford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolder in Blackford County, Indiana. You will work at a shipyard. You should have: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards Day-to-day duties: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level Full-time with occasional weekends.
