Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage On the job you will handle: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter Six days a week, one day off.
