Immediate opening: cnc setter-operator (Plateau State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Kanke, Plateau State. You will work in a job-work machining unit. Day-to-day duties: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred Performance bonus on top of base pay.
