Natural gas fitter — Cullman County

Now hiring: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Cullman County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
