We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Dixon County, Nebraska. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift.
