Toolroom milling operator • Esan Central, Edo

Join our team: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Esan Central, Edo. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
